Update in Neuromuscular Disorders 2017

The MRC Centre for Neuromuscular Diseases and the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health (ICH) held its tenth annual paediatric and adult course for specialists with an interest in neuromuscular disease on 23rd-26th May at Queen Square.

This clinical course concentrated on childhood and adult neuromuscular disorders with an emphasis on clinical cases, natural history and management. 
The four-day course was designed for specialists with an interest in neuromuscular disease; the first two days concentrating on paediatric neuromuscular disorders and the latter two days on adult neuromuscular disorders.

Clinical Pathological Conference Prizewinners
Winners of the 2017 paediatric CPC prize were:
1st place: Annamaria Kiss-Csenki, University Hospital, Southampton
2nd place: Thananya Wongsinin from Thailand, working at the UCL Institute of Neurology
