Core Activities

The Centre buiilds on a critical mass of researchers in London and Newcastle whose work focuses on the neurbiology of nerve and muscle in health and disease. In the centre added value will be generated in 5 core activity areas of translation research:

(i) a concerted approach for the comprehensive analysis of Neuromuscular Animal Models

(ii) establishment of a comprehensive Neuromuscular Biobank

(iii) a platform for Neuromuscular Clinical Trials

(iv) novel approaches for Neuromuscular MRI

(v) using the excellent science and clinical activities to promote world class Neuromuscular Education and Training
